Donate to JEMS Mount Hermon Scholarship fund

Since 1950, JEMS has sponsored the annual Mount Hermon summer conference. In the late 1970's, we separated the youth from the main camp experience. We now have six camps going on at the same time, Main camp, Jr, High (6th-7th graders), Inter-High (8th and 9th graders), Senior High (10th-12th graders), College and Special Camp. Over 1500 conferees and volunteer staff attend a week of Mount Hermon. As with many things, inflation and the cost of living has hit the prices of the Mount Hermon experience. As such, we have many families and young people requesting scholarships to attend camp. We have always wanted to make sure that the cost of camp would not be a prohibiting factor. However, the reality nowadays is that JEMS can not dictate the cost of the camps. Therefore as the camps need to increase their fees, we then also need to follow suit. Which is why we are now looking for individuals who know the value of Mount Hermon, and are willing to give to the Mount Hermon scholarship fund so that others can also experience God in this unique fashion. Any amount would be greatly appreciate it. This year, our scholarship fund is at a record low, therefore, scholarship will not be available unless it is a true financial emergency as substantiated by the applicant's pastor or church leader. We hope you will give to this fund so we will be able to continue sending youth, singles and families to Mount Hermon.
